After a recent break-in, Gentleman Builders of Sevenoaks (formerly Gem Pro) fitted two new aluminium double-glazed bedroom windows for us. They did an excellent job: fast, efficient, quality workmanship, good communication throughout and competitive rates.
Based on our first experience of working with Martin and his team, I would have no hesitation in using the company again or recommending him for general building work.

I cannot recommend Martin, Wojtek and the team highly enough. They stepped in to save our home construction project after we were left in a difficult situation by a previous builder who acted in bad faith, Despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, they were able to turn things around and deliver our home in record time and quality.
Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to getting the job done right were evident from the moment they took over the project. They worked diligently, communicated clearly, and always kept our needs in mind. Despite the obstacles posed by the pandemic, they managed to keep the project on track without compromising on quality.
The final result has exceeded our expectations in every way. We feel fortunate to have found such a reliable and skilled team when we needed it most. I would highly recommend Gem Pro to others looking for a builder. Martin and his team built a new bathroom for us after ours started leaking to the floor below. He went the extra mile including meeting us at the tile shop, recommendations to save money and most important finished the bathroom on budget (unheard of!). After completion he followed up to make sure we were happy and if there were any snagging issues (there weren’t). Happy to recommend to others.
I would heartily recommend Martin and his team. They did a really excellent job on our kitchen extension. We are delighted with the results. The job was completed on time (actually earlier than expected)! And they are really professional, friendly and easy to have working in your house. Big shout out to Wojtek, who worked so hard - the website says he's is as strong as an ox. That's kind on the ox - my money's on Wojtek.
I have known Wojtek and Martin for 21 years and they have carried out the maintenance of our property in a very professional manner. Our house was build in 1926 and has had to have a lot of maintenance including a new car port, two new roofs, drainage repair, two new toilets and also recently a new fuse box installation. All have been carried out in a professional manner, leaving the site perfectly clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend these two men and their colleagues and believe you will not be disappointed with their services.
Martin and his team were polite, efficient and really listened to what we asked for. The workmanship is fantastic and we absolutely love our new shower room, thank you!
